To respond to any selection, reply by email to [email protected] with the name of the item and your decision, using any of the five options below. Christine reads and answers each one directly.
🔑 Status Key
🔴 Decision Needed: Something is missing on our side. We will be in touch.
🟡 Pending Approval: A selection has been made and is ready for your review and confirmation.
🟢 Approved: You have confirmed this selection. It is cleared to move forward.
🔵 Ordered: This item has been approved, paid and is on order.
⚪ On Hold: This item is paused pending additional information.
🔑 Your Options On Any Selection
Approve. You are happy with it and it moves forward.
Question. You would like to understand something first. Christine responds within one business day and the selection holds where it is.
On Hold. You would like to pause this one. It holds and is reviewed at the next weekly update.
Decision Needed. You cannot decide on what you have been given. Something is missing and that is ours to fix.
Not Right, Please Revisit. It is not right for you. It returns to design and comes back to you revised. Declining a recommendation is a normal part of the process and it is always welcome.
