Phase: Demolition

Reported by: Christine Lord, Luxure Lifestyle

Site Summary

Transformation begins with intention, and this week, the work began.

Demolition is officially underway at 4810 Pelican Colony Blvd., Unit 302. What you are seeing in this week's photos is the very first chapter of your home taking shape. Every surface cleared, every wall opened, every builder element removed is a deliberate step in the process we have been planning together. The site is active, the trades are coordinated, and everything is moving exactly as it should.

This is the stage that is hardest to picture when you are not on site. We want you to see it clearly, understand what is happening, and feel confident that the vision you approved is precisely what is being executed.

What's Happening on Site

Kitchen

The existing builder cabinetry has been fully removed. Upper cabinets, lower cabinets, countertops, all of it is gone. What remains is a clean, open shell that reveals the true scale of your kitchen and the potential of the space. The walls are exposed, the structure is sound, and the area is being carefully prepared to receive the plumbing team. The sink, dishwasher, and all appliance connections will be relocated to the range wall as designed, and that rough-in work is the very next phase.

Primary Bathroom

This is one of the most significant areas of work on the entire project, and the photos show why. The walls have been opened to the framing, fully exposing the plumbing conditions behind the original builder shower. The team is working methodically to prepare for the tub relocation and full shower reconfiguration we have planned. The level of access you see in these photos is exactly what is needed to execute the transformation correctly. It is precise, skilled work being done with care.

Living Areas

The great room and main living areas are fully cleared. The floor-to-ceiling windows are extraordinary in person, and with the space open this way, the scale and light of the home are fully visible for the first time. Standing in that room right now, you can begin to understand what the finished design will feel like. It is going to be remarkable.
